We operate on business days only Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm (excluding holidays).

In stock merchandise is processed within 2 business days of the order being placed. 

  • Standard Shipping 5 - 10 Business Days
  • Priority Shipping 3 - 5 Business Days
  • Express Shipping 2 Business Days

Happi uses United States Postal Service (USPS) to make sure your items arrive on time.

Return Policy

Merchandise purchased at Happi can be returned or exchanged within 21 days of delivery for a refund. 

We do not accept returns on sale items, custom and personalized items or holiday items.

  • Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. 
  • Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.
  • Returned items will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. 
  • Happi is not responsible for shipping and handling fees of returns.
  • Returned items will not be accepted after 21 days from date of delivery. 
  • If a garment is defective or the wrong item shipped, please contact us
  • Keep in mind there is a $5.00 restocking fee

Exchange Policy

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different one, no problem! Please follow the return instructions outlined in our Return Policy above. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for your original purchase. You’re welcome to place a new order for the item you’d like at any time.
